Umicore: BlackRock cuts stake to 4.86 percent.
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has cut its stake in Belgium-based technology recycler Umicore to 4.
86 percent, Umicore said on Friday.
The company said that BlackRock notified the financial regulator FSMA and Umicore that on 11 August it crossed the statutory threshold of 5%.
BlackRock informed Umicore that it currently holds about 10,876,681 voting rights, the group also said in its statement.
