Barco: Ardian cuts stake to below 3%
(CercleFinance.com) - French private investment group Ardian's stake the Belgian visual technology company Barco has fallen below the statutory threshold of 3%, the group said on Monday.
As of 18 April, Ardian, formerly known as AXA Private Equity, held 291,751 shares i.e. 2.2% of the group's shares and voting rights, Barco said.
