Agfa-Gevaert: Norges Bank stake exceeds 3%
(CercleFinance.com) - Norges Bank now has a stake of just over 3% in Agfa-Gevaert, the Belgian imaging technology group said on Tuesday.
The disclosure was made after Norges Bank's holding rose above the 3% threshold, at which a shareholding needs to be disclosed, the company said.
The central bank of Norway now has 5,185,631 voting rights, or a 3.02% stake in the group, according to the filing.
At the same time, Norges Bank said that it has 828,530 voting rights or 0.48% on loan, meaning a total of 6,014,161 voting rights, or 3.50% of the group's capital.
