Agfa-Gevaert: Norges Bank owns 3.5 per cent stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Norges Bank has raised its stake in Agfa-Gevaert to 6,014,161 voting rights or 3.
50%, crossing the threshold of 3% upwards, the Belgian imaging technology group said last Friday.
As per July 12, the central bank of Norway held 5,064,167 voting rights, representing a stake of 2.95%, while also having 949,994 voting rights or 0.55% on loan, Agfa-Gevaert said.
