Roularta: Capfi Delen Asset Management cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian equity porfolio manager Capfi Delen Asset Management has cut its stake in Roularta to below 3 percent, the publisher said on Friday.
Roularta did not say from what level Capfi Delen's stake had fallen to cross the 3 percent threshold that obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings.
Capfi Delen, which is controlled by Bank Delen, only informed Roularta that it currently holds 394,201 voting rights as a result of a disposal of shares.
The shares of Roularta are currently down 2 percent.
