Gimv: Norges Bank's stake falls below 3% threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian investment company Gimv said it has been informed by Norges Bank that Norway's central bank has decreased its stake to 2.
9%, below the 3% statutory threshold.
On 8 January Norges Bank held 736,474 shares in Gimv, or 739,326 voting rights, Gimv said in a transparency notification.
