Gimv: Norges Bank stake falls under 3% threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian investment company Gimv said on Friday that Norges Bank's stake has dropped to 2,97%, therefore below the 3% statutory threshold.
In a transparency notification, the firm said Norges Bank had a stake of 754,513 shares and 755,145 voting rights as of 2 January.
