KBC: BlackRock cuts stake to below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - US money manager BlackRock has cut its stake in KBC to 4.
99%, according to a filing published by the Dutch financial group on Tuesday.
Taking into account financial instruments, the New York-based asset manager held 20.7 million voting rights as of 18 september, KBC said, on a total of 415.9 million voting rights.
BlackRock's stake has therefore fallen below the threshold of 5%, which requires it to inform the market, KBC added.
