KBC: FMR LLC's stake crosses 3 percent threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - FMR LLC, one of the world's largest mutual funds, said on Friday it had raised its stake in Belgian financial group KBC above the 3 percent mark.
As of 14 August, the Delaware-based unit of US investment giant Fidelity held 12.6 million voting rights, representing a stake of about 3.03 percent, KBC said in a filing.
