KBC: BlackRock stake back under 5%.
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock now has a stake of just under 5% in KBC, the Belgian financial group said on Wednesday.
The disclosure was made after BlackRock's holding fell below the 5% threshold, at which such a disclosure is mandatory.
As of 8 November, in all BlackRock had a 4.96% stake in KBC and 20,731,688 of its voting rights, according to the transparency notification released today.
