KBC Group: BlackRock increases stake to over 5%.
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has increased its stake in KBC Group to just over 5%, the Belgian financial group said on Friday.
The statement was made after BlackRock's holding rose above the 5% threshold, which means a mandatory disclosure, KBC said.
According to the transparency notification, as of 7 November, BlackRock now has 20,969,045 voting rights, representing 5.01% of KBC's voting rights.
