KBC said that it has received a transparency notification which states that FMR (Fidelity) stake has risen above the threshold of 3%, as a result of share purchases.
On 4 September, FMR's stake fell below the threshold of 3%, holding 2.99% of voting rights, as a result of a net disposal of shares.
