Solvay: completes sale of business to Finproject.
(CercleFinance.com) - Solvay has announced that it has finalised the divestment of its polyolefin cross-linkable compounds business in Italy to family-owned group Finproject.
This business generated turnover of 82 million euros in 2016.
When it announced its disposal, the Belgian chemical group said that given its transformation, polyolefin cross-linkable compounds no longer have their place in our strategic portfolio of specialty polymers.
