(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock's holding in Belgian chemicals group Solvay has fallen below the statutory threshold of 3 percent, according to a Belgian transparency notification issued on Thursday.
However, on 5 June, BlackRock's stake exceeded the 3% statutory threshold, with the asset manager holding 3.18% of the existing voting rights when including voting rights held through equivalent financial instruments.
