AMS: new takeover bid on Osram
(CercleFinance.com) - Osram announces that it has received a new takeover bid from ams.
This new bid values Osram at 4.6 billion euros.
According to Friday's announcement, ams intends to make Osram's shareholders a voluntary takeover bid of 41 euros per share for all of Osram Licht Ag's shares.
The minimum acceptance threshold will be 55%. On this basis, Osram will be valued at around 4.6 billion euros (enterprise value).
