Yum! Brands: Q2 adjusted EPS down 9%

(CercleFinance.com) - Yum! Brands has reported adjusted EPS for Q2 2022 that is down 9% to 1.
05 dollar, on systemwide sales, excluding FX factors, that are up 3%, including LFL sales growth of 1%.

The restaurant group's comparable sales were driven primarily by its Taco Bell brand (+10%), while business at KFC (+1%) and Pizza Hut (flat) was pretty unchanged y-o-y.

The group said that its system sales increased by 5% outside Russia, thanks to a sustained development momentum and despite a complex environment, while highlighting that digital sales approached six billion dollars.
