Qualcomm: Q4 net income up 75%

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening Qualcomm reported adjusted net income that up 75% y-o-y to nearly 2.
92 billion dollars for Q4 2020-21, or 2.55 dollars per share.

In non-GAAP terms, the California-based wireless technology company's operating profit rose by 76% to 3.28 billion dollars on quarterly revenues that are up 43% at 9.32 billion dollars.

For the year just ended, Qualcomm's EPS more than doubled (+104%) to 8.54 dollars, on revenues that increased 55% to 33.5 billion dollars. For the current quarter, the group target ranges of 2.90-3.10 dollars and 10-10.8 billion dollars respectively.

Investors seem pretty thrilled by these numbers, with the share up almost 8% in pre-market trading today.
