Nike: Susquehanna maintains buy rating
(CercleFinance.com) - Susquehanna maintains its "positive" rating on Nike, with a target price of 100 dollars, expecting the US sporting gear maker's momentum and market share gains to continue.
In a note to clients, the US broker says revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains should continue for the foreseeable future as momentum remains strong across geographies, categories, and channels.
"The strength continues to be driven by innovative product, ever-improving consumer engagement (via Nike's digital prowess), and increasing speed-to-market," it adds.
While fundamentals remain intact, Susquehanna has trimmed its fiscal year 2020 and 2021 EPS estimates, driven solely by updated FX assumptions.
