Microsoft: partnership with Worldline against fraud

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline yesterday announced the official launch of its partnership with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection, a collaboration that will enable Worldline's corporate customers to meet the ever-growing challenges of online payment fraud.


Worldline is the first payment service provider to fully adopt and integrate Microsoft's fraud detection solution, enabling it to offer a new generation of hybrid fraud solutions which it says are far more accurate and effective than traditional rules or advanced machine learning alone.

The solution's key features include hybrid fraud detection, the use of artificial intelligence, device fingerprinting (the collection of telemetric data from devices for identification purposes) and multi-hierarchical management - the ability to lead a fraud management strategy across companies.

Doesn't seem much to the market, however, with Worldline shares currently down about 2% in Paris, while Microsoft shares are down about 0.3% in early trading on Wall Street.
