IBM: Q4 earnings up 7%

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening IBM announced net operating profit (non-GAAP) that is up 9% at 3.
3 billion dollars for Q4 2022, or $3.60 per share (+7%), with an adjusted pre-tax margin improving by 1.7 point to 22.9%.

The IT services giant's revenue was flat at 16.7 billion dollars as reported, but up 6% at constant exchange rates, with growth driven by all segments, starting with consulting (+9%).

Posting FY 2022 adjusted EPS of 9.13 dollars and 12% revenue growth at constant exchange rates, IBM expects revenue to grow in line with its mid-single-digit range model in 2023.
