IBM: to acquire the digital engineering specialist Dialexa

(CercleFinance.com) - IBM has announced its intention to acquire Dialexa, a US-based specialist in digital product engineering services to help companies drive innovation and achieve their digital growth agendas.


IBM says that the acquisition will deepen its product engineering expertise and provide end-to-end digital transformation services to clients.

Dialexa will be IBM's sixth acquisition in 2022, further strengthening the company's hybrid cloud and AI skills and capabilities.
