GM: creation of new entity - GM Defence International

(CercleFinance.com) - GM announces that its GM Defence subsidiary, specialising in military products for industry and defence, is to expand its international business through the creation of a new entity, GM Defence International.


According to GM, this new structure will assist the transition of the United States and its allies towards a “more electric, autonomous and connected future”.

“As we continue to explore opportunities across North America, Europe, the Middle East, the Indo Pacific region and beyond, we look forward to leveraging commercial technology to modernize the mobility capabilities of allied armed forces around the world.” said Steve duMont, president of GM Defence.
