Apple: Pablo Escobar's brother sues for billions
(CercleFinance.com) - According to The Independent, the Apple group is being sued by Roberto Escobar, brother of Pablo Escobar, who claims that the FaceTime service has shortfalls in its security.
Trying to take a big bite out of the Apple, Roberto Escobar is claiming the huge sum of 2.6 billion dollars. He claims that someone exploited a flaw in the video call service to obtain his contact details, before then sending him threatening messages.
Roberto Escobar is now suing Apple for breach of contract. When buying the device, The Independant says, he explained to the seller that the device's security was his absolute priority, with both he and his relatives having already received threats.
