Amazon: to open new distribution center in Florida

(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon has announced a project for a new distribution center in Temple Terrace, Tampa Bay, Florida, which is scheduled to open in 2021 and create 750 new full-time jobs.


In the center, of over 56,000 square meters, employees will pick, pack and ship small items such as books, electronic items, small household goods and toys to customers.

The online retail giant is also planning a new delivery station in Lutz for 2021, which will support its last-mile delivery capabilities to speed up deliveries to customers in Pasco County.
