Alfa Laval: Barclays upgrades in turn
(CercleFinance.com) - One day after Credit Suisse upgraded Alfa Laval, Barclays, in turn, raised its rating on the stock on Wednesday, now rating the Swedish engineering firm "equal weight" from "underweight" previously.
In a note on European capital goods companies, Barclays pointed out that Alfa Laval has underperformed the sector by 7% since the market bottomed out in March 2020.
Alfa Laval remains near its all-time record discount to the sector, the broker said, raising its target price on the share from 190 Swedish kronor to 260 Swedish kronor.
Alfa Laval shares are currently down 0.7% in Stockholm.
