Electrolux: acquires La Compagnie du SAV

(CercleFinance.com) - Electrolux today announced that it has agreed to acquire La Compagnie du SAV (CSAV), France's leading independent household electrical appliance repair service provider.


The acquisition is bang in line with Electrolux Group's strategy to provide exceptional consumer experiences, ensuring that consumers get the most out of their appliances throughout the product life cycle, the company said.

CSAV has 200 employees and reported sales of 25 million euros in 2020 and is therefore part of the Electrolux group as of today, although will continue to operate fully as an independent entity offering multi-brand services, Electrolux says.
