Electrolux: North America unit head retires

(CercleFinance.com) - Alan Shaw, head of Electrolux business unit in North America, has decided to retire from his position, the Swedish appliance maker said on Friday.


Nolan Pike, who joined Electrolux North America in 2013, was named to the position.

He was previously responsible for product lines in North America, before taking on the consumer experience area covering all kitchen products.

The move comes as Electrolux revealed last week the details of its plan to spin off its professional business to shareholders, intending to list Electrolux Professional on Nasdaq Stockholm in the first quarter of 2020.
