ING: completes share buybacks

(CercleFinance.com) - ING announced on Friday evening that it has completed its share buyback program, which began on 3 November: just over 107 million shares were bought back at an average price of 11.
25 euros, representing a total consideration of just over 1.2 billion euros.

As announced on 3 November, the Dutch financial institution will pay its shareholders the balance of the total amount of this program, i.e. 297 million euros, in cash, on Monday 16 January.
