Ahold Delhaize: dividend and appointments approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Ahold Delhaize said on Wednesday evening that its general meeting had approved all the items on the agenda, including a final dividend of E0.
59 per share, to be paid on 27 April, as well as the proposed appointments to its management bodies.

Frans Muller will continue as Chairman and CEO of the Belgo-Dutch food retailer, while Peter Agnefjäll will continue as Chairman of its Supervisory Board.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of JJ Fleeman - Kevin Holt's successor as CEO of Ahold Delhaize USA - as a new member of the Management Board, and Julia Vander Ploeg as a new member of the Supervisory Board.
