Altice Europe: new CRM management offer for SFR

( - SFR Business announces the launch of Global Contact Center, a new omnichannel customer relationship (CRM) management offering hosted in the Cloud, intended for SMEs, medium-sized companies, public administrations, as well as very large companies.

Equipped with an application that integrates telephone, video, email, chat and social networks, this offer enables the advisor to handle all requests regardless of the channel used, with the possibility of switching from one means of communication to another to support the customer in a fluid and consistent manner according to their expectations.

Based on a solution from the Portuguese software publisher Collab, and hosted in a secure Cloud in France, Global Contact Center is compatible with the main CRM tools on the market.

Contributions made by artificial intelligence enable consultants to focus on handling requests with greater expertise.
