NN Group: supervisory board chairman to step down
(CercleFinance.com) - NN Group's chairman has decided to step down after a career of more than 50 years in the financial services industry, the Dutch insurer said on Friday.
NN Group announced that Jan Holsboer, chairman of its supervisory board, will step down at the end of its AGM on 29 May.
In his job, Holsboer has steered the separation of NN from ING, the IPO in July 2014, along with the acquisition of rival Delta Lloyd.
The board has elected David Cole, the former CFO of Swiss Re and ABN Amro, as his successor.
