Euronext: Q2 earnings up 6%

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has published Q2 2022 adjusted net profit that is up 6.
4% at 143.2 million euros, with an EBITDA margin down 0.9 point to 59.2% for revenues that are up 14% to 374.7 million euros (+2.4% on a comparable basis).

The stock exchange operator said that this growth in revenues was driven by growth in non-volume-related activities, which accounted for 59% of the total, as well as trading activities, in a volatile market environment.

It also said that it generated 24.1 million euros in cumulative annual synergies from the Borsa Italiana acquisition, 14 months after the transaction was completed.
