Euronext: completes sale of Oslo Market Solutions

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced that it has completed the sale of Oslo Market Solutions (OMS) to Infront, one of Europe's leading providers of financial market solutions, as part of its decision to withdraw from non-core activities.


OMS provides online market data, investor relations, portfolio and trading solutions in the Nordic region. Acquired in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Oslo Bors VPS, it generated around 3.3 million euros in revenue in 2020.

Based on Euronext's 2020 results, the sale of OMS would represent an improvement of around 0.2 point in the pan-European stock exchange group's EBITDA margin. This will result in further cost reductions in 2021.
