Euronext: acquisition of remaining 40% stake in iBabs

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in iBabs, a leading provider of secure, dematerialised signage and portal solutions for businesses and public organisations in Europe.


As detailed at the time of the acquisition of iBabs by Euronext in July 2017, Euronext has exercised its call option on the remaining iBabs stake for a total of 53.2 million euros.

Since Euronext's acquisition of a 60% stake in July 2017, iBabs has made a significant contribution to the performance of Euronext Corporate Services, management said.
