Wolters Kluwer: capital reduction complete

(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer announced on Wednesday that it had completed the reduction of its capital through the cancellation of five million treasury stock.


Following this operation, the share capital of the professional information specialist stands at 257.52 million shares, compared with 262.2 million shares up to now.

The number of treasury stock now reaches 3.71 million, or slightly more than 1.4% of its share capital, according to a notice sent to the Dutch market authority, the AFM.
