Unilever: acquisition of Paula's Choice brand

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Monday Unilever today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire leading skincare brand Paula's Choice from TA Associates.


Paula's Choice is a pioneer in scientific products and direct-to-consumer e-commerce (DTC).

Unilever said Paula's Choice is a true pioneer in the digital beauty space and that it looks forward to showcasing the brand and its iconic products to an even wider audience.
