Airbus: Etihad confirms order for seven A350 freighters

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announced on Wednesday that Etihad Airways has confirmed an order for seven A350 freighter versions after signing a provisional agreement earlier this year at the Singapore Air Show.


Etihad, which had already placed an order for the passenger version of the A350-1000, five of which have already been accepted, also confirmed a long-term maintenance agreement with Airbus for its entire A350 fleet.

The European aircraft manufacturer said in a statement that this is the first agreement of its kind in the Middle East.
