STMicro: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics announces that all resolutions submitted to its general shareholders meeting held in Amsterdam have been adopted.
They include the distribution of a cash dividend of 0.24 dollar per outstanding common share.

This is payable in increments of 0.06 dollar for each of the second, third and fourth quarters of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020, to shareholders on record on the record date of the month of each quarterly payment.

The meeting also approved the reappointment of Martine Verluyten and Janet Davidson, as well as the appointment of Lucia Morselli, replacing Salvatore Manzi, as members of its Supervisory Board.
