Heineken: Max Verstappen is new brand ambassador

(CercleFinance.com) - Heineken announced Monday that it will partner with Formula 1 driver Max Verstappen to become the new face of its brand.


The Dutch brewer said Verstappen will take on the role of official brand ambassador for its alcohol free "Heineken 0.0".

Since entering the world of F1 in 2016, the group has been associated with an anti-drink driving campaign, marked by the slogan.

As part of the partnership with the Dutch driver, Heineken plans to launch a series of creative initiatives aimed at fans, grouped under the name 'Player 0.0'.

The deal comes as the group has entered into a new partnership with Oracle's Red Bull team less than two weeks before the start of the season with the Bahrain Grand Prix.
