SES: NC625 share buyback completed
(CercleFinance.com) - SES announces that it has repurchased on the open market a principal amount of nearly €100 million, out of the €625 million of highly subordinated fixed rate revisable notes (NC625) issued on May 27, 2021.
'The success of these transactions reduces SES's outstanding debt obligations, demonstrates its financial flexibility as well as its strong cash generation profile', says the satellite operator.
The securities acquired in this transaction will be cancelled. The Luxembourg-based group adds that it 'may seek to make further repurchases of its shares from time to time, subject to market conditions'.
