Enel: wins contract to supply 'green' electricity to Gap
(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Friday Gap announced the signing of a contract for the supply of "green" electricity with Enel Green Power, the renewable energy subsidiary of the Italian group Enel.
The US clothing chain says it has signed a contract for the supply of 90 MW of electricity from the Aurora wind project in Minnesota.
The 12-year contract will help to enable the retailer meet its target of a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions between 2015 and 2020.
