Accenture: announces intention to acquire Optimind

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture today announced its intention to acquire Optimind, an independent consulting firm based in Paris.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2000, Optimind provides consulting services and solutions to help insurance companies, banks and large corporations address the challenges of competitiveness, transformation and regulation.

Optimind, winner of the EcoVadis 2022 gold medal for its corporate social responsibility policy, has over 350 professionals, including more than 110 actuaries, serving its clients in France and Luxembourg.
