Accenture: completes acquisition of Lexta

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture has announced the acquisition of Lexta, a consulting firm specialising in IT benchmarking and IT sourcing.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Thanks to this acquisition, Accenture is expanding its IT benchmarking, procurement and consulting capabilities. Lexta helps clients select the right solutions and suppliers for their IT strategy.

"Combining LEXTA's data-based analysis capability and Accenture's technology advisory skills, we will further develop our joint IT sourcing and benchmarking advisory offering to ultimately realize new value for our clients,” said Frédéric Brunier, Accenture lead for Technology Strategy & Advisory Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Russia.
