Accenture: buys New York management consulting firm

(CercleFinance.com) - Consulting giant Accenture said on Wednesday that it has agreed to buy Kates Kesler, a consultancy firm based in New York City that helps big companies execute their business strategies.


Founded in 2010 by Amy Kates and Greg Kesler, Kates Kesler specialises in organization design, Accenture said, and is reputed for its design processes and participative methodology.

Many of its clients use its services when they need to shift their operating models.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
