Vodafone: stock dips after annual results

(CercleFinance.com) - Vodafone shares are down nearly 2% in London after the telecoms operator released its 2021-22 annual results, which included a stable dividend of 0.
09 euro per share despite posting adjusted EPS growth of 36.5% to 11.03 cents.

The UK telecom group's adjusted EBITDAaL increased 5% in organic terms to 15.2 billion euros, driven by sound revenue growth of 4% to 45.6 billion euros and continued savings from its cost transformation program.

For the current financial year, Vodafone now expects adjusted EBITDAaL of 15 to 15.5 billion euros, vs. a previous forecast of 15.2 to 15.4 billion euros, and adjusted free cash flow of around 5.3 billion euros, rather than "at least" 5.3 billion euros.
