Reckitt Benckiser: new CEO takes office
(CercleFinance.com) - Reckitt Benckiser's new CEO Laxman Narasimhan formally took office on Monday, succeeding Rakesh Kapoor, who has retired from the board with immediate effect.
As previously announced in June, Kapoor will officially retire from the British consumer goods company at the end of the year, until which time he will be available to support Narasimhan with the transition.
