Dialog: acquired by Renesas for nearly E5bn

(CercleFinance.com) - Renesas and Dialog Semiconductor today announced that they have reached an agreement on the terms of the latter's acquisition by Renesas at a price of 67.
50 euros per share, representing a total value of about 4.9 billion euros (approximately 615.7 billion Japanese yen).

Dialog is an innovative CCI supplier to a wide range of clients within the IoT, consumer electronics and high-growth segments of the automotive and industrial markets.

All these systems enhance and extend Renesas' leading portfolio by providing extensive solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of high-tech electronic systems.
