BT: 9m profit after tax up 49% (UK)
(CercleFinance.com) - BT has reported adjusted revenues of 15.
55 billion pounds for the nine months to 31 December (March to December 2022), down 1% y-o-y and flat at 15.3 billion pounds on a pro-forma basis.
Meanwhile, 9m adjusted EBITDA rose 3% to 5.88 billion pounds, while profit after tax was 1.32 billion pounds, up 49% y-o-y.
Management said that it is continuing to accelerate its investment in the UK's leading next generation networks, combining our Enterprise and Global operations to create BT Business, a single, strengthened B2B unit; and is driving further cost reductions to deliver 3 billion pounds of annualised savings by the end of 2025.
