Pearson: UBS shies away, double-downgrading stock

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has downgraded its rating on the share of British educational publisher Pearson directly from "buy" to "sell", having reduced it target price from 741 pence to 730 pence, which suggests downside potential of 10%.


"We still believe PSON can grow medium term, but at 23x 2021E EPS, we see negative catalysts in 2021," the analyst says, who also points out the share price's recent strong performance.
