Verallia: company stake sold and board shakeup

(CercleFinance.com) - Glass packaging group Verallia has announced that following Horizon Investment Holdings' sale of approximately 10% of its stake in Verallia's capital to BWSA, Claudia Scarico has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.


BWGI, represented by João Salles, will replace BWSA as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee while BWSA, represented by Marcia Freitas, will replace Claudia Scarico as a member of the Audit Committee.

Finally, the Board of Directors took note of the resignation of Fabrice Nottin from his duties as a non-voting Board member. These functions will now be assumed by Claudia Scarico, for a period of four years.
